Description

Water Wave Steel Plate

Comes in two grades of 304 and 201. Both grades are resistant to fire and corrosion (limited to environment).

They can be embossed through precise stamping to create exquisite patterns.

APPLICATIONS

An extensive range of applications from walls to ceilings.
It has been used as decorative wall and ceiling panels in large offices, shoe, and fashion boutiques and restaurants.

INSTALLATION

CUTTING/FOLDING
- Before installation, cut and fold according to the actual size on site.
- For additional reinforcement, ensure that a baseplate bottom is attached to the underside of the Stainless Steel.
- IF installing with a keel plate, ensure the position for the grooves are marked.
ADHERING
- Adhere stainless steel on baseplate (if utilised) with structural adhesive.
- For additional reinforcement, ensure that a baseplate bottom is attached to the underside of the Stainless Steel.
- IF installing with a keel plate, ensure the position for the grooves are marked.
REINFORCEMENT
- Ensure that installation surface/area is propped with temporary reinforcement till the adhesive sets.
IMPORTANT
- Use only quality construction adhesives.
- Interior walls with plasterboard as surfaces are not ideal for adhering.
- Ensure that installation site and Stainless Steel are appropriately clean (dust-free).
MAINTENANCE
- Avoid acidic or corrosive products when cleaning.
- Use a feather duster or damp microfiber cloth for cleaning.
- For heavy-duty stains, such as oil stains, grease, etc. We recommend a slightly alkaline general cleaning product.
