INTRODUCTION

Ultra-thin stone, a kind of flexible and light wall decoration patch stone, with natural stone powder, quartz sand as the main raw materials, made by spraying casting process, with natural stone texture, effect and physical and chemical characteristics.

INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION

QUALITY CHECK

Ensure Ultra Thin Stone has no damages and the appropriate dimensions has been purchased.

SITE CHECK

Ensure that the installation site is appropriately clean.

Ensure that the surface of for application is flat, dry, clean (dust-free).

PRE-ATTACHMENT

Measure Ultra Thin Stone and ensure it is cut to specification.

If edges are rough upon cutting, use a 600 grade sandpaper to smoothen it.

ATTACHMENT

Apply silicon or glass adhesive to back of Ultra Thin Stone (take caution in application to edges, to prevent overflow of silicon adhesive).

Attach the product as close to the joint of the site of installation.

Apply even pressure to distribute the adhesive

It is recommended to prop up the Ultra Thin Stone with temporary support of the fixture to allow the adhesive to properly set.

IMPORTANT

Clear silicon/glass adhesives are recommended, especially for Translucent Ultra Thin Stone to preserve the translucency.

Interior walls with plasterboard as surfaces are not ideal for adhering.

Ensure that installation site and Ultra Thin Stones are appropriately clean (dust-free).

MAINTENANCE

Avoid acidic or corrosive products when cleaning.

Use a feather duster or damp microfiber cloth for cleaning.

For heavy-duty stains, such as oil stains, grease, etc. We recommend a slightly alkaline general cleaning product.
